Haledon, NJ – February 14, 2026 — Building on two highly successful community access events, the CannUnity Culture Collective, a community-driven alliance led by Molly Ann Farms dispensary, will host its third $1 Stash Drop on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, beginning at 8:00 AM.
This third installment continues the Collective’s mission of expanding access to legal cannabis while also raising awareness and support for proposed New Jersey legislation that would legalize personal and medical home cultivation. New Jersey State Senator Benjie Wimberly, a key legislative supporter of adult-use cannabis legalization and sponsor of S2564, which would legalize home grow in New Jersey, will attend the event alongside Assemblymember Kenyatta Stewart to meet with residents and discuss the importance of expanded cannabis access. The Stash Drop will take place at Molly Ann Farms dispensary, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ, where eligible residents can purchase one mystery Stash bag containing a curated assortment of products donated by Collective partner brands for $1.
Building Momentum Following Two Record-Setting Drops
Since launching in 2025, the CannUnity Stash Drop initiative has set a new statewide benchmark for collaborative brand participation and equitable access to regulated cannabis.
Stash Drop Program Highlights to Date:
• More than 20 New Jersey cannabis brands have participated across multiple events
• Over 300 Stash bags distributed to local residents
• Each bag contains approximately 20g equivalent of mixed product categories including flower, vapes, pre-rolls, and edibles
• Estimated combined retail value exceeding $60,000 provided directly to the local community
• Over $1,500 in funds raised for The Last Prisoner Project to support cannabis justice and expungement advocacy
Advocating for Home Grow as the Next Step in Cannabis Access
This third Stash Drop will highlight growing public interest in allowing adults and registered medical cannabis patients to legally cultivate cannabis at home — an option currently prohibited in New Jersey but permitted in many other legal cannabis states.
Senator Wimberly’s proposed legislation, S2564, would allow New Jersey residents to grow cannabis for personal and medical use, providing patients with greater autonomy and enabling individuals to cultivate specific cultivars best suited to their medical and wellness needs.
